Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst required for a sales, marketing, and advertising company in Cherry Valley, MA.
The CRM Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing customer relationship management by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position is responsible for optimizing CRM systems, processes, and workflows to drive organizational growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize operational efficiency. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on the company’s inventory and contributing to the efficient handling of sales products and supplies. The analyst will maintain computerized databases and develop programs to improve tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software, inventory management software, and forecasting strategies.
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM systems.
- Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Analytics, or a relevant field.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
